RETURN WINDOW

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories included.

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please contact Glowora through our Contact page before returning an item. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the request.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

 

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances, personal-care products, or beauty tools
• Products with broken safety seals
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact Glowora within seven days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If the claim is approved, Glowora may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return-shipping expenses unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and customs fees are nonrefundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Glowora is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times vary by financial institution.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
