Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 7–21 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, product availability, and other circumstances outside our control.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Free-shipping promotions apply only when stated on our website or during checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers will receive it after the order has shipped. Please allow several business days for tracking information to update.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. Glowora does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact Glowora as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Glowora is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

 

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

Carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us through our Contact page.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact Glowora within seven days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
